Refunds & Cancellation:

Every piece of Shivani exports is meticulously crafted and made to order, which is why we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is found to be faulty. However, under certain
circumstances, we may be able to provide an exchange for another piece. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations and standards.

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refund to Payment Method: The credit or debit card that was originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (some exceptions may apply).
